The Boat
We operate a
modern Rigid Hulled Inflatable Boat.
The Royal National
Lifeboat Institution (RNLI) and the Oil Industry use similar vessels.
Our boat has been
purpose built and specifically adapted for marine eco
tours.
The vessel has twin engines and operates to the new Maritime and Coastguard
Agencies ‘Harmonised’ Code of practice. She is fitted with
full safety equipment
including life raft , flares, VHF radio and electronic
navigation system
The boat
seats 12 passengers
and the front seats have been specially adapted
to accommodate parent and child.
We supply every passenger with waterproof clothing.
In the interest of your personal safety, we insist you wear your lifejacket
at all times. Our vessel always operates with a skipper and a naturalist/crew
member. We have a
dedicated, fully staffed shore base;
our boat keeps
in regular contact.

hats, gloves, sunglasses and sun cream all on the same trip. Bring plenty,
our crew are happy to advise.
Please wear sensible footwear for our boat trips,
Trainers, wellies and
boots are fine.
